a good enough hotel experience
attentive staff serene atmosphere rocky beach chlorinated pools
i found the staff very helpful. they promptly addressed any issues i had and booked activities directly. the resort itself is well kept.
the beach area was rocky. swimming was difficult there. also, the pools felt heavily chlorinated, which i worried about for my clothes (i didn't want anything bleached!).

Really good Stay, Great Amenities
fresh fruit iced water beautiful grounds
The resort offers an very nice experience. The staff was helpful. They met all my needs quickly. I loved the fresh fruit and iced water served by the pool, A THOUGHTFUL touch. The grounds were beautiful, and it was evident they were well maintained.
The hotel sign was hard to see from the road at night. It made finding the entrance difficult.

The hotel provided beach bags for guest use. I also appreciated the padded slippers. The free shuttle service to Lamai was convenient.
The signboard wasn't very visible from the main road making the hotel difficult to locate at first.

Wonderful Anniversary Stay
attentive staff nice experience excellent food
I celebrated my anniversary here and it was very good. The staff was attentive and helpful, our experience was nice. The food was excellent, especially the presentation and taste. The rooms were clean and well-kept, complete with traditional Thai sweets daily.
The drink prices felt higher compared to nearby options. While the service was excellent, the cost impacted our choices. I would prefer more competitive pricing to fully take advantage of the resort's offerings.

i visited this peaceful resort and found the staff so attentive, attending to our every need. the grounds boast beautiful gardens. the beach provided direct access. i thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. i hired a moped from reception for island explorations.
i thought the sign difficult to spot from the road at first.

fantastic Seaview Upgrade
seaview upgrade ironing board
we got a complimentary upgrade from garden view to seaview in the new block. the room was large, and the view was great. the decor was nice and the bathroom was very good. provided iron and ironing board in the room saved having to call reception.
the beach was rocky and not great for swimming. the pools seemed small and heavily chlorinated, so i was careful with clothing that got wet. the sun bleached the clothing a little bit.

the restaurant setting provides a lush ambiance and a great view. happy hour happens between 6-8 everyday. breakfast has good options with fresh items available.
